CRACK SLAW






  • 2 lbs. Hamburger or poultry (your decision on meat)
  • 2 bags Dole (or any other brand) Classic Cole Slaw Mix
  • 4 Eco-friendly Onion
  • 3 teaspoon minced garlic clove (I made use of real garlic clove and chop up only a couple of slices, adapt to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons of Soy Sauce (I made use of light soy sauce to taste, doesn’t need to be exact)
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger root
